That last week of May/first week of June was CRAZY busy for us (for Maddi). She had talent show rehearsals, the talent show itself, ballet pictures, ballet rehearsal, jazz pictures, jazz/tap rehearsal, and the ballet/jazz/tap performance...
Maddi was the only kindergartener at Mt. View who participated in the talent show and weirdly enough, she wasn't shy about it at all. We went back and forth at first about what her talent should be...piano, and which song(s), or sing, and which song...
We ultimately decided on her singing, Taylor Swift's, "Our Song". It was the perfect choice for her, since she already knew most of the words and if you know the song at all, know there were some perfect opportunities for Maddi to add some sass.
