Lake Entiat - Day 1

After renting a house at Lake Chelan last year and having so much fun boating, swimming, and lounging in someone else's nice big house, we decided we had to do it again...just not in Chelan.  As far as wake surfing goes, the water is way too choppy and busy, so Lake Entiat was recommended to us and we thought it was pretty great.  A couple things that we felt we got right this vacation: 1.  The house wasn't AS fancy, so we weren't so afraid of the kids ruining anything. 2.  There was a swim cove, so the little ones actually got to play in the water/sand (alot!) 3.  There was a great, grassy backyard for the kids to run around and exert lots of energy. 4. And the lake was not busy at all, so the big boys had a great time wake surfing to their heart's content.  We loved having the Nikonovs join in on our family fun again this year.  We'll see what the plan is for everyone next year with the teeny tiny babies...

Heading out EARLY in the morning for our "cation" to Lake Entiat, as Brody kept calling it.

We're here!
