Our family of five took a much needed trip to the beach a couple of weekends ago. We love that place, but it has probably been a couple of years since we've taken the time to head out there. Everyone had a great time; even Maisie who was just a delight the whole trip. We are so glad to have made it happen. We stopped in Seaside on the way in and let the kids play to their hearts content at the arcade and of course had to grab some elephant ears before we left too! We were so glad that William decided to join us for the day/night too.
The rest of the trip, Maddi and Brody were happy to play in the hotel pool and hot tub, run in and out of the ocean and play in the sand. We really lucked out with some amazing weather (but of course it was getting warmer by the day as we were leaving). We enjoyed some of the most delicious pizza in town and the best coffee and scones we know of from the Sleepy Monk.
