Love this picture of Daddy and his little man.Brody turned 7 months on Halloween. I cannot believe he's this old already! On Wednesday, just days after, he started to crawl! He's been rolling all over the place and scooting backwards and forwards, but he actually started crawling. Baby gate time! We knew he'd be starting anytime, unlike Maddi who we weren't even sure would crawl at all! She did start crawling at around 9 months, but at 11 months started walking. We'll see what happens with Brody!
At his 6 month check-up, he measured all the way around @ the 50th percentile...weight, height, head. SO, he's not so chunky anymore. Don't get me wrong, he's still a little chub-a-lub, but just the perfect about of chub =) Developmentally (they always have us take those little paper/pencil assessments) at 6 months, he was where he should be @ 9 months. Needless to say, he's doing great.
As far as food goes, he is LOVING the solids and table food. Luckily for us, we've never had any problems with our 2 babes wanting food...she couldn't and he can't get enough of it! After his 6 month appointment, we started to add potatoes, noodles, chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, eggs, yogurt, Gerber snacks, etc to his diet and he's done great with it all.

He is cutting his THIRD tooth. He has his bottom 2 and now is working on his upper right. We've had a couple of rough nights because of this, but otherwise he's a VERY happy and sociable baby. JUST LOVE HIM!!

Out to dinner @ the Japanese steakhouse. He of course was a doll, but did NOT like the HUGE flames!

Sissy teaches Brody lots of things, like how to read =)
have to capture the moments when he's actually sleeping in his crib (though I have to say, he's done much better than Maddi ever did)

Oh my gosh he's so adorable. He gets me so excited to have a boy someday. My favorite is the picture of the two reading a book together - he looks like he's hanging on every word!
Love ALL these pics! I like the book one like Jamie and the first one of Brock and Brody the best, though!
