Nisqually Wildlife Refuge

When I taught 5th grade, our annual spring field trip was to the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge and since that first year, 5 springs ago, I've wanted to go take the kids on a walk there. Well, life for us is so busy that we haven't managed to make that happen (even though it's 15 minutes away). I just decided one day to pack my mom, kids, and lunch up and just do it. I couldn't manage to find the trail I was looking for, but it was a nice, warm day for a walk so it was nice just to go, get out and do something different.





Yes, Brody was with us, but how I managed to not get a single picture of him is beyond me...
