Seattle with the Nikonov Girls

We don't get to see the Nikonov clan near enough and when Maureen and I finally decided it was time to get together, she came up with the idea to meet up in Seattle with the kids and do the touristy stuff we don't really get to do, being natives.  The kids and I had never done "Ride the Ducks" and I can't remember the last time (if ever) I had been to the Space Needle.  So we thought, what a great idea and should be a ton of fun for the kids...

RIDE the DUCKS of SEATTLE

can't do the tour without a "quacker"!

Brody loved his quacker

SPACE NEEDLE

Brody, can you just SMILE (normally)??

poor Maeve was a trooper with Brody all day

love these kids!

buds!

Brody was a little infatuated with the telescopes

Space Needle Souvenir (some light up thing...)

container full of gumballs...
(yet again, another abnormal smile)

Yes, we had fun, but it was also a little exhausting keeping up with the littles.  They might have had just as much fun (or more) if we let them run around in a grass field all day with snack breaks throughout...

maybe next time.

In any case, it is always great to spend time with Maureen and Maeve (and soon to be Max)!
