A few weeks ago, we finally had the chance to see part of the Nikonov family...Maureen & Maeve. Maureen had the great idea of meeting up at the Seattle Aquarium since none of our kids had been there yet. It is always so great to see them, but it's never for long enough and when choosing an activity like this, seems so hectic. Since our kids are at different ages, they had different interests at the Aquarium...Maeve was content in her Bjorn, Brody was happy to run ALL over the place, and Maddi wanted to stop, read, ask questions, take pictures at every single exhibit. Nonetheless, we LOVE to see them and will take it any way we can get it. Lucky for us, we get to vacation in Chelan with them next week...we absolutely canNOT wait to spend quality time with them. It will be fun to watch Maeve as she gets a little more comfortable with us over those few days and hopefully interact with the other kiddos.

My mom's cousin's daughter, Ji Hyun is visiting from Korea, so I thought she might enjoy this trip up to Seattle.

Brody was pretty interested in the beginning...
|
Maddi was probably the only one there who really was interested in learning about all the sea creatures. This employee said he was really impressed with the type of questions Maddi was asking, how much she knew, and how smart she is...THANK YOU!

SWEET, SWEET Maeve
