Baby Shower #2

With the guidance of my 2 teaching partners, the 6th graders put on a baby shower for me a couple of weeks ago. They had been planning it for a couple of weeks and were so proud about keeping it a surprise. Needless to say, they were bummed when it leaked the day of and I found out. It was still great...they provided all the decorations, food, and presents. It was amazing. My high school tennis coach was even there (I teach her granddaughter, so she passed the news along to grandma). That was a neat surprise. I didn't expect anything from them, let alone a big party, so I was very thankful.
